Hi Tony,I think my last update was US$4,657,700. I'm aware of a few that could not wait,(their loss) but I also know of many more that have expressed an interest. That should be more then enough to replace them. Let me assure you that the STOCK-A-THON people have nothing to do with the private placement. I might also add to John L. last post. Not only did they not mention anything about our Michigan project, but the price of our Richmond Downs is CA$160,000,000 not the US$ 24,000,000 needed for our equity. GOOD LUCK TO US ALL Donald R.
