It's a dangerous ticket and dehumanizing for those who don't want to go, but have no choice. What country are you talking about? Not us. Choice all around (like anyone for a tuition loan for truck driving school from the trucking companies---paid back with a salary deduction from your 40k a year truck driving job when you graduate) . I grew up with the draft. Now there was no choice--virtually.
