It has been a brutal winter in the north with heating costs often exceeding your mortgage or rent. Bet even more folks will be moving either south or to the west coast. Many obviously bring their businesses with them. As to the high tech incubators and innovators no doubt is a specialized niche needing certain levels of education and creativity in the local community. Agree with you most markets don't come close to playing at that level..

That's the thing.........I've been waiting for Austin or the Research Triangle to produce cos that grow into major techies. I find it interesting that it hasn't happened to date. Not clear what is the ingredient that makes it happen.
