------------------------
Just finished talking with a research physicist who has been working with a local clinic on MRI mammography. Research is being focussed on the next phase of MRI, surgical biopsies [problems with working in the magnetic field]. One key asset of X-ray mammography is the ability to do stereotactic biopsies from the images. Currentluy Fisher Imaging, Trex, Philips, etc provide the equipment for real time biopsies. The ideal procedure is one where there is no ionizing radiation, fast, high resolution imaging, low cost and painless. The next phase is to provide the ability to do real time biopsies. CAPR systems provide most of the features, but there is much work to be done. CAPR may not have the leadereship to move the technology in a timely manner.

Some one posted on the SI nety that X-ray mammography was a major topic at RSNA. Did CAPR have a "works-in-progress" display?

Luis2 is correct in expressing support for the MRI mammography. Just a few minutes with Dr. kaiser from Bonn would convince anyone of the enormopus potential for MRI. Unfortunately there is much work to be done to convince the medical community, and until MRI procedures are common place, we will have to continue with the industry standard. Several radiologists in Boston were excited about the development of a small MRI machine that could be installed in a doctors office. Does CAPR need help managing the direction of its technology?

Since my Grandchildren have CAPR stock they read the posts daily. Please!

1) Do you know what is the status of the Aurora at "the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas" ?

No, I assume its on line collecting clinical data.

2) Why didn't Jack mention the number of scans had been performed at Texas, together with the number at Faulkner, Boston ?

Faulkner is the first scan paying Comercialized site.. Galveston is medical research or paying Galveston..directly I assume.

(3) Who is leading the Texas after Dc Rhoden left, is that Aurora still in service ?

Don't know?

(4) If Aurora has a great future, why did Dc Rhoden leave the University of Texas

Her own reasons... nothing to do with her work or Aurora.

Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas ?

5) If Dc Rhoden did not speak very highly of the Aurora system or the company as Dc Fleckensrein's post, why does she want to get another Aurora as Luis' post ?
Because people are people and they don't always know what they want and or say different things to different people... she would need to answer that herself.. look for her papers published in Germany at the first mri mammography congress for that insight.. Warren and Ken have spoken with her directly and neither has express that level of negativity.

(6) Jack, when will you provide us (shareholders), a good
communication/message channel(Caprius home page) that will be easy to
reach at ?
???????? Do your own damm research Roland my most favorite and talented web wizzard Warren Buffet does... kind of give you hairy chest...you know. Sort put that extra bounce on your balls....
