Gimme Space at CompUSA for $39.99.

alphasoftware.com
pgsoft.com

This is significant, in our opinion in re: 1) Kurzweil revenue shortfall 2) Q4 revenues 3) Western Digital alliance 4) PGSoft is Alpha's strongest alliance.

note: the developers, by name, at PGSoft, are designated on the packaging with bios. Why? This is because Alpha has aligned with simply the best of the best. This alliance may prove to be a blockbuster over time. Check this out for yourselves. Very impressive and a distinct competitive advantage. We repeat our prediction that Gimme Space could achieve top ten utility of 1998. The PV of the PGSoft alliance is significant, in our opinion. This alliance, most likely, is whom Rabins targeted to compensate for/replace Kurzweil (revenues) shortfall with. We believe this was a superior choice. We also feel the new alphasoftware site is one of the most functional and visually appealing sites on the internet. SoftQuad/Alpha is preparing for something and we believe part of it has to do with something pending with AT&T WorldNet. This is opinion only.

Thanks for the update with Mr. Gurney, Chairman, SoftQuad (NASDAQ:SWEBF)(TSE:SKI)

>>we both agreed that Microsoft made a mistake in not taking over Softquad

Mike, was this actually being considered? There is no question, in our opinion, that SoftQuad represents a crown-jewel acquisition for, now, many companies, from Symantec, Oracle, IBM, AT&T, Netscape, NetDynamics, Novell, CA, McAffee, InterLeaf...

and there is also no question, Microsoft knows this also, which is why we like SWEBF's approach of using VARs/Consultants to create worldwide marketshare for some of these products versus solely competing with MSFT at the [Microsoft dominated/controlled?] retail level... The Legacy alliance, PGSoft alliance, WebFiler/HoTMetaL XML enabled eCommerce solution, SoftScape alliance, are establishing SoftQuad as a significant factor in both software publishing and Internet eCommerce, of which, any one of these companies should desire for these respective products' significant growth and potential marketshare dominance and maximization of shareholder value, in general, for said potential acquiror(s).
