I still think kids shouldn't be able to get their license until they're 18. They're too busy with school and making hard choices for their future. Being able to drive around is a license to goof off, and get into trouble imo. Didn't realize there was a curfew on when they could and could not drive.

Back in the DarkAges, I don't think that was the rule (about other passengers in a car driven by a 16 y/o) and don't know about the other two....However, that is a sane regulation, IMO...We're all young once, and we all know that we just don't have the experience in the car to have lots of distractions...
