I've been hearing dollar collapse and sky high mortgage rates for years.. Wonder if interest rates on the long end trigger the next recession? The whole financial repression thing could keep rates low and housing prices way above normal the next cycle? I am imagining the fed wants housing reflated in as much of the country as possible before they tighten since the sluggish job growth can go on for a very long time?
