That's the key, funds don't trust when insiders (husband & wife) team own tons of their co's stock..! So it speaks of lack of other insider (officers/directors) participation and also I heard, employees got peanuts (just 100 shares each..!) when IPO came out.

Like Nanda said, this company is based in Detroit with HQ at TROY, Michigan. Fundementally they are doing very well with excellent ERP practice et all. However, with the whole market being week, I consider this wait & watch situation at least until end of Jan.

What still surprises me is lack of upgrades by all the participated underwriters for the IPO.

THis is definitely not a short-term investment.
