I'm kind of ignorant of the states. I have driven through the States many times going to Mexico and Belize and have spent lots of time in Tucson and Vegas and have some good business contacts in Texas. I've worked with Yanks here and in Mongolia, Korea and Ukraine but I'm beginning to see a pattern that most people from Texas are kooks, which sort of lets Brumar off the hook if he comes by it honestly or naturally. Can Texas really succeed ? Can it be given back to Mexico ?
