David, if you really think this is warning then you interpret things much better than I do. All they say is "capacity constraints could continue"

This does not mean to me that capacity constraints could become even worse than they are now. It means capacity constraints could continue. I could accept and was prepared for the company continuing on without increased capacity until next year. However, a reduction in production by 25% is significantly more extreme than "capacity constraints could continue." This is bombshell.

I'm just glad they did it now rather than waiting until the earnings report and missing all the targets. At least now earnings expectations will be adjusted. If we hit or beat the new lower targets it might at least be a psychological lift for the stock.

Gary

I tend to agree. Hey, mngmt. is rather inexperienced. This company went from a cash drainer to a co that is going to do about $.80 this year. Mistakes are bound to happen. I hope they just blew it. I don't mind mistakes as long as their honest about it. It could well be they overestimated their ability to deal with the complexities of trying to open a plant while running one at a 150%. They will learn from that, I hope. No sense speculating. I can't wait to hear the conference call. Should be rather telling.
In regards to the class action, at this point it would be rediculous.
If we find out there is some blatent lying happening, that is one thing, but right now we are dealing with a company which has some obstacles to overcome. Suing the company would be like biting of our noses to spite our face.
Can't wait for tomorrow,
Colby
