Neal,
Looked at the page on the paper. Appears they are dealing with the topic on a broad base. LMDS might be a part of the study, but includes cellular, satelite, ect. Interesting this is another paper being offered by a consultant on wireless. Indication of interest. Smoke, Fire, and so fourth.
