You guys can have your high priced homes. Glad I do business in the sweet spot.. They are going to get you one way or the other either prices collapse once again or they stabilize the cycle with RE taxes go to the moon. All my relatives in NYS complain about RE taxes... Is incredible 10-15% annualized year after year.. Very soon folks will be paying more on their RE taxes and heating costs then their mortgages financed prebubble..
