You might be a little early but I think this is way overdone. Price to sales now under 3 for a new company with a very interesting product. I still believe the story is a year or 2 away but I'm a bit surprised by those who cover the stock being so negative.

Time will tell, good luck with your purchase!!

We've used it many times and I have plenty of friends who do the same.

Be careful. Groupon is trying to continue growth by increasing their presence in the goods and mobile commerce areas, but those are extremely competitive and low-margin. They're butting heads with Amazon, for starters. In their traditional core business, while they still dominate, there are lots of smaller players that keep it competitive, and merchants still have low return rates after running a Groupon deal or two because they find it just isn't profitable for them in the long run. I'm pretty active in the "deal" community and just don't see it working out for Groupon in the long run, unless they sell to someone who can execute better. The forecast for higher marketing expenses is telling.
