Any idea why COMS isn't feeling pressure today like all other techs are? By the way DELL down was down 6 earlier today and is now up. Go firgure??????? We will wait AMAT out..

Excellent postings...This is not panic time, but manna from heaven.

1. The streets dont get much bloodier that this week for semi stocks
2. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to know the world wont come to
an end over this but it wont go anywhere either without the
technology revolution continuing stronger than ever.
3. Good world class companies with good balance sheets will find
this no more than a blip on their chart by a year or two out.
4. I never thought AMAT and the others would be available at this
price level and I am loading the truck for the long haul.
5. Dont forget, the sell off is accerated by tax selling for another week
to offset gains taken.. Those who are loading up now will have to
hold to mid 1999 in order to get 20% tax rate....
Just wait and see if the action kinda follows the tax man....
