Ian;
I think WCII is doing what most do when they buy something else. If they pay in shares, it is read as dilution. If they paid cash, it is read as lower net earnings and weakened cashflow. I'm wondering how WCII priced GoodNet. I have no idea. We have good management. They know what it's worth. Also, I read a little on TSFT. They also have negative earnings and in 96 they had a 27 % DECREASE in earnings. Looks like they need us as well as the opposite. TSFT the parent of GoodNet is up 24 % to 3 7/8. We'll be back up to 28 in no time.

SNDK ???
Naz ? End of year selling ?

There's my guesses.
