It's very hard to lose weight when you're that fat. It would take will power, and a really good diet. And since many people that fat are stress eaters, I can't imagine he's doing too well right now. On top of that, stress and anger hurt your heart- and he's a big bully and an anger bunny, as well as being fat. He might survive, but I wouldn't want to bet on it.
