Irrelevant question ... Obamanocare is a total failure. Sold on lies. Justified on the need to get uninsured people insured, the CBO says it won't work and so far has actually increased the number of uninsured.

However, this is the one good side of ObamaCare, aka the Unaffordable Care Act. It is flushing out the bad fecal matter from Congress. Every single person in that photo except the little boy should be serving a long prison sentence.
