You can buy funds that are shorting stocks.>> I've looked at charts of Bearx and Ryurx. Can't really comment on their action, except it seems you need to be in and out at a moments notice??? Thanks for the insight.

I found out that the Quick and Reilly brokers didn't know about BEARX. When the bears come out in force I wonder if Tice will know what to do with all the moeny he gets. The fund is very small as those things go. I think those of us who are in it now will get by far the largest profits if/when the biggie hits. The total short position is not much more than $17 million; Bill Gates could pick it up like most of us pick up a penny. Total net assets are about $27 million or so.

It will be up about 2% today if current levels of the market hold, I estimate.
