John, I'm gonna try that trick in the morning. If ya see a buy go across at 1/64th, say hello! I'm looking around and seeing that a lot of the pennies are taking it in the neck this week. I've got a feeling the pennies are being severely depressed right now by a lot of folks that are throwing down their cards and leaving the table on news of the NASD OTCBB decision (plus throw in a good measure of the usual year-end tax-loss selloffs). I think that we're seeing a combination of factors that are generating a negative BB market overreaction, but will feel a lot better about our company when they deliver the financials. A little "January effect" could go a long way for my portfolio <VBG!>.

Respond to John:
Did anyone ask why the price was going down ?

What do you mean talking about MM's moving in for the kill ??

I wont ask you how much you have bought:
The latest trades yesterday:
Price Volume Time
0.021 50,000 Thu Dec 11 1997 03:34:10 PM
*0.0175 50,000 Thu Dec 11 1997 02:45:50 PM
0.022 40,000 Thu Dec 11 1997 02:38:50 PM
*0.0175 43,000 Thu Dec 11 1997 02:22:00 PM
0.019 50,000 Thu Dec 11 1997 02:21:50 PM
But I think a fair guess for your opinion on a
truckload is somewhere between 43 and 90K.

Lets have a look on who is the real market maker.
How to hold prices up:
When selling everyone should set a limit price because this
withholds the MM's from moving the stock down. When selling
at market price the MM buy at his current bid and imediate
after the bid will move down. So a limit over his bid and
which he eventually would have to buy to cover his sales
(Shorts/Others buys) will be less likely to move the
price down.

How to hold prices down:
The other way of course it goes for buying: One can hold
the price down by placing buy orders under the bid - If
there is any bearish MM with stock present he will sell.
And you sure did it you moved the price down.

This only goes for the nasdaq-SE.

In the contrary to what many people think. On nasdaq
and following the ideas of above - Insiders announcing
selling is likely to move the price up as they will set
limits above the ask and always correct the limit after
a sale.
Stock buybacks is likely to move the price down as
they would set limits below the bid and always correct
the limit after a purchase.

------

This stock is as Bob Z have described good for more
than the current value. Anyone who needs to sell I
advise to sell with a limit on its ASK.
There is absolutely no reason to let it slide.
As we all should know by now - We, the stockholders
are the real "sinister" market makers.

Kind regards
Jens T.

Well done John. Without signings, don't be surprised to see the stock around $0.012 - 0.015 though.

Wish LBI was aboard. Contrary to some posts, the stock should hit around $ 0.10 in a very short time with them aboard.

Good Luck to All who are long.
