We just don't have any wars planned, UW. I mean, let's face it, every war we've been in since the Korean War has been pointless. I think we've finally seen that no one else seems to find any profit in making war, except for us. WE'RE the chumps. We don't NEED any "war fighters", except for the wars WE start. Now that we've got sane leadership, we don't plan on any more. Let's quit flushing a fortune, year after year..

U.S. Military Hiring Muslim Brotherhood Chaplains - Again By Ryan Mauro Thu, February 27, 2014 clarionproject.org From an Air Force ad placed in the ISNA magazine to recruit Muslim chaplains The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entity, is proudly announcing that the U.S. military is again using their chaplains for active-duty service after a 15-year lull. ISNA has a well-documented extremist history. In 1991, the Muslim Brotherhood listed ISNA as one of its main fronts. Declassified FBI memos said ISNA is a component of the Muslim Brotherhood, who sees its “work in America as a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within.” In 2007, the U.S. government labeled ISNA a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entity and an unindicted co-conspirator in a terrorism-financing trial involving the Holy Land Foundation funneling money to Hamas. The label was upheld in 2009 because of “ample” evidence linking ISNA to Hamas. Last year, ISNA’s Canadian affiliate lost its status as a charity because of its accounting discrepancies and links to Pakistani terrorists. The two chaplains endorsed by ISNA are Sgt. Mustapha Rahouchen, who will be used by the U.S. Army, and Captain Rafael Lantiqua, who was chosen by the U.S. Air Force. In April 2013, the Clarion Project broke the story that the U.S. Air Force Chaplain Corps had paid ISNA almost $5,000 for two advertisements in its magazine. When we contacted the Air Force about ISNA’s ties to the Brotherhood, we received the following response: “The Islamic Society of North America is one of many religious organizations recognized by the Department of Defense that satisfy the ecclesiastical requirements to endorse qualified religious ministry professionals to serve as chaplains within the Military Departments.” This story speaks to the broader threat posed by Islamist involvement in Muslim chaplain programs. The Muslim chaplaincy services for the military and prisons were started by Abdurrahman Alamoudi, who was convicted in 2003 on terrorism-related charges. He later admitted that he was a secret member of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood. ISNA is one of the groups that the U.S. military trusts to certify Muslim chaplains. The military’s former endorsing agent was Dr. Louay Safi, an unindicted co-conspirator in the trial of Palestinian Islamic Jihad leader Sami al-Arian. Safi, like Alamoudi, later admitted to having been a Brotherhood operative. Safi wrote in 2003, “The war against the apostates [non-believers of Islam] is carried out not to force them to accept Islam, but to enforce the Islamic law and maintain order." He continued: “It is up to the Muslim leadership to assess the situation and weigh the circumstances as well as the capacity of the Muslim community before deciding the appropriate type of jihad. At one stage, Muslims may find that jihad through persuasion or peaceful resistance is the best and most effective method to achieve just peace.” In 2004, he said that the “assertion by 'world leaders' that the war on terrorism is not a war on Islam is nothing but a piece of propaganda and disinformation that was meant to appease Western Muslims and to maintain the coalition against terrorism.” He was later suspended from working on U.S. military bases because of a criminal investigation. Safi is now working with the Syrian Muslim Brotherhood. Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, a Muslim activist opposed to Islamism who served in the U.S. Navy, wrote in 2010 that a friend of his in the U.S. Army recently told him of his troubling interaction with an active-duty Muslim chaplain. His friend asked the imam what his response would be if a Muslim soldier asked him if Islam prevented him from participating in combat against fellow Muslims. The answer should have been easy: Serve your country as you swore to do. Instead, the imam said he’d tell the soldier that he’s not qualified to answer the question and to ask ISNA. Former Defense Department Inspector-General Joseph Schmitz was alarmed enough by loopholes in the system of vetting chaplains that allowed extremist organizations like ISNA’s involvement that he wrote a letter in 2010 describing his efforts to close them. He revealed in 2004 that he urged the Pentagon to adopt a policy that would prevent extremist groups, Muslim or otherwise, from involvement in the chaplaincy program. He said that a policy should disqualify groups that support violent sedition, have an endorsing agent with a criminal history, are on a terrorism watch-list or have leaders convicted on terrorism-related charges. The Armed Forces Chaplains Board rejected his advice because it was “legally problematic.” Here’s what’s really “problematic”: The U.S. government says ISNA is a Muslim Brotherhood entity and labeled it an unindicted co-conspirator in a terrorism trial. That same government is using ISNA to pick military chaplains and is a top outreach partner of the U.S. government.

That’s because Eckert saw Lt. Col. Frank Dailey enter the restaurant. The man in uniform changed his mind. Why? “Because he was a soldier, and soldiers remind me of my dad,” Eckert explained to CBS. So, instead of purchasing something for himself, Eckert did something very different on Feb. 7. Something Dailey says he will remember for “a lifetime.” The 8-year-old boy wrapped the $20 bill in a note he had authored to the solider. “Dear Soldier — my dad was a soldier. He’s in heaven now.” “Dear Soldier — my dad was a soldier. He’s in heaven now,” the note said. “I found this 20 dollars in the parking lot when we got here. We like to pay it forward in my family. Thank you for your service. Myles Eckert, a gold star kid.” Eckert’s father, Army Sgt. Andy Eckert, had been killed in Iraq when he was only a few weeks old. The 8-year-old can only think of what he was like. “I imagine him as a really nice person and somebody that would be really fun,” he told CBS News. That February day, Eckert even asked his mother to go visit his father. “He wanted to go see his dad,” said his mother Tiffany. “And he wanted to go by himself that day.” She took a photograph of her son visiting his father’s grave. 8-year-old Myles Eckert visits his father. HS Students Say Pledge In Arabic: ‘One Nation Under Allah’ Posted on 28 April, 2014 by Rick Wells The principal at Rocky Mountain High School in Fort Collins, Colorado, is facing a hailstorm of criticism from some very angry parents and residents. The school recites the Pledge of Allegiance weekly, on Mondays. Last Monday, a member of their “Cultural Arms Club” led the student body in an Arabic version of the pledge, replacing the words “under God” with “under Allah.” Principal Tom Lopez denies any attempt to push an Islamic agenda, saying, “These students love this country. They were not being un-American in trying to do this. They believed they were accentuating the meaning of the words as spoken regularly in English.” Principal Lopez doesn’t make any sense. Speaking unintelligible words in Arabic in some way accentuates their meaning? That is an extremely weak argument in defense of an ill-advised decision. He said the cultural clubs seeks to “destroy the barriers, embrace the cultures” that exist within the high school. That would translate into “destroy the barriers to Islam and embrace it,” correct, Mr. Lopez? The Poudre School District communications director, Danielle Clark, said they understand why parents are upset. She told Fox News, “We understand not everybody would agree with the students’ choice. We’ve heard there are some who are upset.” Let’s put his into perspective for the feeble-minded Clark and Lopez. It is not the student’s choice. They do not control the public address system. It was a school choice. Her simplistic defense included a reference to “one” supportive email and a reference to a similar mistake last year which drew controversy when the pledge was recited in Spanish. Somehow not learning from and expanding upon your previous mistakes is perceived as a viable defense for these educators. An abdication of responsibility is also part of their defense. Clark attempted to pass the buck of responsibility to the students, saying, “This is a student-initiated and student-led club. There is no school sponsor or advisor. It doesn’t come under the umbrella of the district.” Actually, the activity of reciting the pledge does come under the district. Choosing to put it into the hands of a group not regulated by their administrators does not provide absolution. “We deferred to the students because it’s their deal,” she said. One cultural club member, professing to not understand the controversy is Skyler Bowden. Bowden simplistically told The Coloradoan, “No matter what language it’s said in, pledging your allegiance to the United States is the same in every language.” Given their youth, the high school students might understandably not recognize the problems with proclaiming America as “one nation under Allah.” The grownups should and they ought to be controlling the activity. The Muslim Brotherhood front group CAIR chimed in saying, “Obviously in Arabic, you would use the word Allah, but Christian Arabs would use the word Allah.” Their spokesperson, Ibrahim Hooper, claimed use of the word Allah is “not necessarily specific to Islam and Muslims.” From an American point of view, it is, whether he is technically correct or not, to Americans, in America, it’s a specific Muslim and Islamic reference. As if to reinforce the idiocy of reciting the pledge in another language, Clark said she did not hear the pledge and does not speak Arabic so she could not confirm exactly what words were used. Lopez said he has been getting a variety of accusations leveled at him, including being called a traitor. He said, “They claim they are outraged, that this is blaspheming a real major tenet of our patriotism – which in their mind the Pledge of Allegiance is only in English.” He said he’s also been accused of “pushing a Muslim Brotherhood agenda – to push Islam into the school.” He denies that was behind the decision. CAIR representative Hooper told Fox News he was dumbfounded by complaints about the Arabic version of the pledge. “How on earth is it un-American to recite the Pledge of Allegiance in another language,” Hooper asked. “It doesn’t make sense unless the people complaining are anti-Muslim or anti-middle eastern bigots.” It just might be that Americans recognize the Islamic agenda, Mr. Hooper, and are tired of having it forced upon them. Maybe we know what you are up to and people are pushing back. Principal Lopez said all of the criticism and complaints had him “worn down.” Playing the tolerance card, Lopez labeled himself as the victim, stating, “I’ve been shocked with prejudicial statements that have been made. I’ve been shocked with the lack of seeking understanding. There’s definitely suspicion and fear expressed in these people’s minds. There’s some hate.” One resident, Chris Wells put it in terms even educator Lopez could understand. Writing in The Daily Coloradoan, he said, “As a veteran and a friend of a man killed defending these children in their little games they like to play with our pledge, I’m offended. There are things that we don’t mess with – among them are the pledge and our anthem.”

Qatar, Pakistan, and Turkey are deeply committed to the cause of the Muslim Brotherhood: namely, the creation of a modern day, sharia-based caliphate. Qatar is the home of al Jazeera, launched by members of the ruling al-Thani family. Al Jazeera’s main attraction is Yusuf al-Qaradawi, the spiritual leader of the Muslim Brotherhood. He has an audience of more than 60 million worldwide, and has called for the ouster of Gaddafi (who was promptly destroyed with the help of NATO), and Assad. Under Prime Minister Erdogan, along with purging the secular Kemalists of the CHP in a series of show trials, Turkey has taken measures to restrict the consumption of alcohol and tobacco (with the help of the Bloomberg Global Tobacco Control Initiative), both which are considered haram according to sharia law. Incidentally, the name of Erdogan’s party, the Justice and Development Party, sounds an awful lot like the party of (Egyptian Muslim Brother) Mohamed Morsi, the Freedom and Justice Party, doesn’t it? Modern day Turkey was also the heart of the last Caliphate, the Ottoman Empire; a new caliphate is what the Muslim Brotherhood is seeking to rebuild. Pakistan, a pioneer in all things Islamist, is known for: BCCI, the most infamous Islamic (sharia-compliant) bank, which worked to finance Pakistan’s nuclear program by way of a complex of black market financing schemes; Jamaat-e-Islami, a Brotherhood-like Islamist party with close links to the Egyptian Brotherhood; providing shelter to Osama bin Laden, and likely Taliban leader Mullah Omar; and, of course, the ISI, whose National Logistics Core co-opted the Taliban.
