I can give you a heart breaking example, but what's the point of that? Then you'll what another and another--or am wrong about that?

But my main point is that Democrats and Democratic supporters have to be prepared to talk about the "cracks" people can fall through in the AFCA and how it can be improved.

Denying that these "cracks" exist is not going to cut it IMHO.

Boonstra told the Dexter Leader, “People are asking me for the numbers and I don’t know those answers — that’s the heartbreak of all of this. It’s the uncertainty of not having those numbers that I have an issue with, because I always knew what I was paying and now I don’t, and I haven’t gone through the tests or seen my specialist yet.”
The real "heartbreak of all of this" is that she is an idiot who doesn't understand her real circumstances, and is being shamelessly used by opponents of the ACA.
