Yes, presumably, (we still don't precisely the reason for the insurer's non-coverage of the drug) but the "switch" for the subject of the story wouldn't have come about but for the ACA. And that is why the Pubs will be able to make an issue of this in the midterms.

I think Democrats have to be ready for this and acknowledge some of the Act's "fallout" and having talking points ready as to how they will fix this for those in insurance limbo--especially after the President's misleading statement about keep one' insurance if one liked it.

The political reality for my state it is an issue in which the Pubs made a lot of traction.
