Here's the problem. The Republicans have done their best to come up with ACA losers. Now the fact of the matter is that there are some because of the way it is structured. Yet every one that have been dredged up has been debunked. Because they have cried wolf so many times, it is easy to suspect this is just another in a long line of faked "problems". Unlike the others, they have neglected to provide enough information to vet the claim. Based on history, well..

They do it every day. People paying huge medical bills usually don't have the extra money for a lawsuit. How dumb are you, Dave? The health insurance business IS the "denial of coverage" business.
