I think the main point is the bad news was out before anyone could react - typical.

Everyone goes out and day-trades the stock to save a buck. The open bid is dramatically lower to begin with. Now the trade is complete and everyone needs to record that transaction on their 1040.

So the trick is.. does the market go lower, stay the same or move up?

Looks like it will go lower - right?

So they wait until they hear some good news and BUY again. Did they get a better price then they sold for?

5 days later....is the stock higher now or did it reverse again and fall? Repeat the process over and over while recording that on the 1040 :-)

I'd like to sell near the top and buy low but it's hard to do. With stocks beaten down 50% from their recent tops how much further will they go?

Can you get back into TER at 25? Will TER hold near today's lows?

I used a 1 year as an example of a typical correction phase. Looking at KLIC (which warned about earnings today) the chart shows a beautiful rolling hills pattern. Will I be able to get a position at $12-14, slightly above the last bottom?

Day trading is fun, but no one's gotten rich predicting the moves of the market over time. I'm going to average down :-)

Aloha
