I was under the impression that during WWII many non-jewish Ukranians openly supported the Nazis, enthusiastically helped the Nazis arrest Ukranian Jews, and were recruited as guards in Nazi concentration camps as well as Russian prisoner of war camps. So I was not surprised that there are Nazi parties in Ukraine.
