this ups vp guy says all the big trucks it buys in 2014 are going to be lng fueled. however if one reads on he says, hey government, give us some offset money/credits to help make the natural gas conversion. i read this as: for new trucks/engines capital spending, lng/cng makes sense, and we will be buying them. however for capital we have already spend on diesel/gasoline, we are not going to move fast to lng/cng unless the govt. gives us a lot of offset money.
