You do tax the people that design and make and install and maintain and dismantle robots now. >>

I think Wharfrat is using that as a metaphor of sorts i.e. we must restructure out society to address the rapidly evolving and changing society to achieve , in essence , a large middle class to replace this terrible income inequality
