I think ACTC pulled offer before ABTE could say YES! ACTC traded at +_$6 when the offer was first made and would have to issue some 14-15 million shares to consumate the deal. Today, at $4.375 they would have had to issue more additional shares than already are outstanding, ABTE holders would have had a major stake, not so?? Good deal for ABTE holders but not ACTC holders.
