Ah, poking at other things, I ran across it... "Morgan Stanley lifted its price target on Tesla Motors ( Nasdaq: TSLA) from $153 to $320." So, nothing has changed... other than the publication of an opinion of a group of professionals whose job it is to have opinions which they sell to others as "wisdom" expecting that will work and intending that will work to enable changes in the price, based only on the change in the opinion... which it sometimes does... if conditions are right. Flip a coin... call it... and if you get it right, you can call yourself a predictive genius... or, you do what they pay you to do, say what they pay you to say... even when you know its wrong. In other words... nothing has changed.
