"Einstein rejected the label atheist. Einstein stated: "I have repeatedly said that in my opinion the idea of a personal God is a childlike one. You may call me an agnostic."

Well, that is fine. There is no need for us to quibble. An agnostic has no belief in any god either. The distinction is mainly one of tact. Einstein was an agnostic. He believes the ideas in the dogmas are "childlike"--but he is not knowing enough to state conclusively that some ultimate being doesn't exist. I dig that. I call my awareness of the non-existence of man-made gods (till now), and the lack of evidence for any others to follow--as atheism. If Einstein is tactful enough to call the same ideas agnosticism...FINE!

You are not a Christian, so what skin do you have in the game???
