It would be even more hilarious if he were to find out the hard way that he didn't own the mineral rights under his house, as has happened to more than a few property owners around here. Check out 624 Dove Creek Rd Bartonville TX 76226-6397 on satellite view. Then go west a few miles from where rich folk like him live. All those little light color squares are drill sites.
