A good strategy is to do the opposite of what the talking heads suggest. Here's an old article highlighting Finerman's picking prowess (or lack thereof), which has actually worsened in recent years. But that's really just an aside. The short-term catalyst for AAPL will be how the Samsung announcements are perceived to affect them... but attention could quickly shift back to the new products coming out, or the broader market and what it does (multiples are getting quite rich here).
