Ron, a good idea! An idea that people from both parties can support. BUT, the president has to sell it. He has to believe in it at a gut level and convince that doing so will provide jobs and most of all he has to figure out a way to pay for it so the fiscal conservatives don't have a real case against it. Sell bonds or a toll tax or a penny a gallon on gas - or better yet, a tiny tax on each stock trade. ...........Otherwise it will fall flat and go no where.
