You listed grand ideas, so we have them. We lack the will to do. AmeriCan is gone, replaced by American't.
It began in Californo in '66, when Raygun became governor, and shortly thereafter infected the rest of the country. Hopefully, it ended in '12 in Califorcan, and that will also infect the country over the next decade.
