Joe, it's pretty clear. The piece claimed they have an accepted payment agreement with only one of the ACA plans.

The fact that they will file a claim with anyone, like every other hospital in the country, doesn't mean they have an agreement to get paid by those other plans. In those cases, they put the ultimate responsibility for payment on the patient.
