Tirex Resources (TXX-V) April 4th 2014 has closed a $1,500,600 financing through the issuance of 5,002,000 common shares at the price of 30 cents per share. No warrants were issued in connection with the financing. This $1,500,600 private placement is additional to the recently closed $5.4-million financing with Global Resource Investment Trust (see Tirex news release dated March 7, 2014, for details).Finders' fees were paid to arm's-length parties consisting of $48,360 cash and 92,800 shares at a deemed price of 30 cents per share.
