You may be a racist. You assume because a person identifies pockets of ignorant people that they are referring to blacks. Actually, I was referring to concentrations of liberal and democrats regardless of race. Some are "highly educated" but lack even the most basic understanding of how the wold works. Some are completely abandoned by the education system. Many are just sheep who do whatever the leftist media tells them they should without checking what the (few pockets that exist of the) news media is reporting.
