Walter Energy (NYSE: WLT) 16.0% LOWER; BofA/ Merrill Lynch reiterated an Underperform rating on Walter Energy and slashed its price target from $8 down to $2. Analyst Timna Tanners thinks met coal fundamentals will be depressed over the next several years, and he sees benchmark HCC at $130-$150/mt. In addition, he thinks Walter Energy will face a "mounting liquidity problem" over the next 12-24 months.
