It is science that gives you the fine life you live and all your conveniences. it is science that allows you to work a 40 hour work week rather than from dawn to dusk and live in a family which usually lost half their kids by the age of 5 during the period before science. From 400 AD to the age of enlightenment (science) life was pure misery for most folks. They called the time you seem to wish for, a time before science, The Dark Ages!
