Make sure you get it in writing. That is not at all a slam on USBL, though I like to slam them for some reason. That is advice for everyone on all of these penny stocks. If it isn't in writing, it does not mean squat. I will tell all of you about a recent experience in this realm sometime soon.

Tony;

I made a mistake that 70% are owned by insiders it's actually 80%. Sure insiders can sell their shares but it would be like stabbing themselves in the foot if they feel the current and future potential price of the stock is to low. From what I hear the news about the coach is nothing in comparison with what I hear is about to happen with this league. Farris is entitled to his Opinion but I disagree completely with his view on this. USBL total shares are accounted for on there web site showing total Issued shares in black and white and also showing that 80% are held by insiders in black and white. PLRN never really was straight up with shareholders I never saw anything from them that was in black and white on share count, and the result is what Farris stated. When I informed some people about USBL it went up very fast with the small volume that was coming in, investors seemed to think that the coach announcement was the big news well it wasn't meant to be much of anything. So some who bought in started selling and taking small profits, that's the reason I feel it moved down slightly in price. They had a press release on the Coach issue a few days ago and the press picked up on it. It takes time before the whole story on this one will be presented to the public and I have no idea of it's content. But I do know at some point it will get national attention this is just the beginning I feel of a series of releases.
That is the problem with the Internet is that people seem to jump from one stock to another so if they ever do hit on a big one they generally miss out on big gains buy selling before the full potential is achived.

Below is the site that depicts total issued shares:
