the problem with the smart group is that they all believe their own bullshit.

Their brains may be finely tuned for some intellectual activities. For most of them, take them out of their protected lives and natural selection would make short order of them.

The lack of people skills in the group is truly amazing. In fact, they seemed to be competing to see who could put the biggest target on their own back.

I think that the producers of Survivor read the lead in for The Big Bang Theory and thought "hey! they might be on to something"

I am not believing the nuclear engineer part. At all...
