Her philosophy is very clear. She's just deceived the members of her cult into following her, instead of Moses and Jesus, while convincing them they really weren't. Isn't that what her job description entails? United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, Paul Ryan’s budget, and Ayn Rand Father Thomas J. Reese, one of the members who organized the letter, stated that “Our problem with Representative Ryan is that he claims his budget is based on Catholic social teaching. This is nonsense. As scholars, we want to join the Catholic bishops in pointing out that his budget has a devastating impact on programs for the poor.” The letter itself takes Representative Ryan to task by restating the position of the Catholic bishops that “a just framework for future budgets cannot rely on disproportionate cuts in essential services to poor persons” and that “the House-passed budget resolution fails to meet these moral criteria.” Most damning was the paragraph recalling Representative Ryan’s devotion to atheist philosopher Ayn Rand: “In short, your budget appears to reflect the values of your favorite philosopher, Ayn Rand, rather than the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
