Hopefully they can get a voucher program going here in the Blue Grass state too..

Otherwise these folks will probably continue to be Republicans with proven results

Take them out of the failing private sector voucher schools and put them in public schools. It's not a difficult concept. These are voucher schools that are failing.

I disagree, Wharf. I think they are referring to a kid who were attending non-voucher schools the previous year. I think one of Louisiana's requirement's to qualify for a voucher is that your child has to have been going to school that received a failing grade.
