I hope you are correct, after selling ASND last week when the rumor surfaced, I just wanted to get in again and today was the day so I bought 50 jan 30 calls this morning at 1-1/4, nice profit for a day:)

Consider another possibility for CNBC's silence. Perhaps they have been threatened with litigation because something is going on and they have agreed to remain mute for some period.
