This amount represents the IRS’s unsecured priority claim for defendant BusinessTalkRadio.net.Inc.’s (“BTR’s”)/Greenwich Broadcast Corp.’s employment tax liabilities for the tax periods ending June 20, 2011, December 31, 2011, March 31, 2012, and June 30, 2012, which consists of $93,160.25 of tax due and $2,195.88 of interest through the petition date of the receivership of these entities as well as $28,500.84 of penalties, including interest thereon, to the date of the petition for receivership. Our memorandum of law in support of this motion is attached herewith.
