Tulvio,

Let us asume for simplicity that steppers work non-stop and that the delay for carrying wafers between steppers is negligible. In a day stepper #1 will produce 24x80 = 1920 half-printed wafers, stepper #2 can start working after a nomimnal delay of 1/80 hour (time for stepper#1 to produce the first wafer) and will be able to finish 80 X(24-1/80) = 1919 wafers. This is very close to 80 finished wafers an hour.

Am I missing something?

Regards,

Y.
