That is an easy question. No matter how convincing the results the Republican's will distort it to say just the opposit I see you want congress to give you unlimited funding to throw at education with no means of evaluating the results of the program--good luck with that approach. Is that the way the State of Alaska worked back in the days when you were running their programs? IMHO, the more criteria supporters of education funding can throw into the evaluation mix the better the chance they have for getting such funding.>
