Management needs to navigate the company into beneficial relationships with governments and other companies, needs to pay the right price for acquisitions and get the right price for spin offs. Management needs to control costs and retain earnings. You know all this. Am I missing your point?

thanks. Appreciate your comments. I will keep an eye out. I think the next big catalyst for the stock is the impending announcement. But i think we will know in the next year, if this stock is going to perform or not...

In a commodity business, you need price, but also service (which is what i meant when i said management relationships).
