Because no one could have stopped it; we had absolutely no opportunity to have done so other than if Clinton had behaved differently in the late 90s. The reality is even Clinton, while he had the chance to get bin Laden, could not have known what was coming. Clinton could have gotten bin Laden, and CLinton SHOULD have taken out Saddam. Anyway, you and I won't be agreeing on this topic.
