I don't see the value in CHMT either, but in all fairness, applying Buffett's target ratios to a turnaround isn't applicable. You're looking at numbers that led CHMT to bankruptcy. Sure bet that it will fall short on Buffett test.

let me add - the company came out of bankruptcy in 2010, so its not that straight of a comparison you can make.
